People & creatures of Greyfen

The goblin camp

Scrappers close into melee, slingers keep their distance, and hexers punish an exposed approach. The champion answers an awakened shrine. Separate enemies using the camp's terrain and cover before committing to a fight.

The Ironwood warband

Raiders and hunters add a tougher melee/ranged pairing. Brutes demand more room around their heavy attacks. Warchief Grath is the warband's named boss. These enemies are in the current starter zone; a strategic orc invasion system is still a proposal.

The village

Rusk teaches steel and directs the militia quests. Elen teaches archery, Varyn teaches magic and investigates the shrine. Toma and Mera give the village its bank and healer identities, with fuller services planned. Nella, Bram, Hal and Iris walk local routes and pause when a player approaches.

Wolves at the west fork

Hunting wolves circle before crouching for a committed lunge. Sidestep the direction they chose, or interrupt with a strong mace blow. Their short leash lets you retreat toward Greyfen. The Hollow Packleader raises its head and howls to call its two existing packmates. Wolves carry no goblin ears or coins; Elen and Nella pay for their quests.

Personal camp objectives

Greyfen-marked bundles, the alarm rope and Lysa’s cage advance each character’s own quests. Cutting the alarm prevents its two reserve scouts being called for two minutes; troops already fighting remain. Lysa’s acknowledged exit is a short personal animation, not a vulnerable escort mission.
